Below are our dedicated hall hours. The exhibit hall will remain open while attendees are in session, resulting in light traffic. Although it is not required to have a staff member at your booth during the non-dedicated hours, please use your discretion. The exhibit hall hours are subject to revision at any time.

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $295 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Please Be Advised Per building policy, items that are larger than a rolling suitcase or a shoulder bag are not permitted through the lobby. The building may turn items away. If its large items (such as: equipment, banners, poster boards, boxes, etc.), ship these items ahead of time. Items can be accepted no earlier than June 17th.
