Exhibit Hours

Below are our dedicated hall hours. The exhibit hall will remain open while attendees are in session, resulting in light traffic. Although it is not required to have a staff member at your booth during the non-dedicated hours, please use your discretion. The exhibit hall hours are subject to revision at any time.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Friday, June 30, 2017.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the New York Marriott Marquis at a special discounted room rate of $349/night (excluding taxes and fees).

To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at (877) 303-0104 and refer to code: Invest. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is June 21, 2017. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
